I enjoyed my apartment until the property company took over. My rent up, they work on the foundation that left cracks inside and outside my apartment and the bedroom window leaks. Now I have something scratching in my walls. They can't event get rid of the bugs and roaches, I have to take it apond myself to do that and they are charging $3.00 amount for someting they can not resolve.

I hear you on the scratching in the walls - at one point I even heard something scratching around in the hollow inside of the bathtub. Talk about miserable!
