Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
I have lived at the Oaks for about 3 years. In that time they've added trash pickup and pest control to my rent. It's not much but it was done in a sneaky way by not mentioning it on lease renewal. They also abruptly stopped the 1st - 3rd rent payment due dates and have settled on the 1st only, hitting me with a fat $50 late fee on the 2nd.
It seems I'm in the office at least once every 2 months to fix some problem on their part - either they haven't distributed the water bill, "forgot" my maintenence request, or some other annoying oversight. All in all, living at the Oaks is like getting a bad roommate in a college dorm.
