Like the last reviewer I have also lived here for 3 years, but I will be out of here very soon. I guess it's been about a year since Archstone sold this place to Lynd.
No lovely trees can make up for the drastic decline in service. Lynd management just doesn't live up to the same standard. They've started nickel-and-diming everything, adding new fees every couple of months to the utility bills. They've misplaced my rent check and tried to charge me a late fee, not realizing they already had the check in their hands. And a few weeks ago I discovered that the emergency maintenance phone number is a thing of the past -- now if you have an emergency, you get to call the central office and wait on hold. It doesn't matter if your water heater has exploded, you still have to wait for them to get done with the guy before you who needs his light bulb changed.
It's just not worth living in an apartment that's not that awesome to begin with. All considered, I am glad to be leaving.
