I lived in WWC for 4 years....4 YEARS! They are trying to charge me over $400 for things that are considered "normal wear and tear."

dusty baseboards, carpet cleaning, DRIP PANS ON THE STOVE, bathtub w/ normal 4 year stains, broken toilet seat, (not my fault theyuse cheap materials), floors not spotless, oven not spotless. etc, etc. (The list goes on).

Watch out!! They will also charge you $2 per nail hole, $5 if they are large! Are you kidding me''' I have lived in many apartments, and NEVER been screwed like this.

They think it is your job to get the apartment clean and ready for the next person to move in! Isn't that their job as well as part of living in an apartment. Also, isn't that what the deposit is for''

I have been a faithful client for 4 years, and always paid my rent. This is the thanks I get for being a good customer.

Thanks to my attorney (who advised me not to pay them a dime), we are disputing this and it won't hurt my credit. But think of all the people who pay the outrageous amount, or people who can't and it hurts their credit.

Do yourself a huge favor, and DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!!

Omg I got stuck with a bill over $400 as well. I got billed for a missing ice tray (which was above the fidge) and 2 spots in the entryway and the area in front of my sofa being dark in color, duh high traffic area but of course there were no other dark areas throughout the remaining 700 sq ft apt. I've faxed pictures and typed up a nice dispute letter to the headquaters, in which I have yet to get a response. I never had any major problems the 1 1/2 yrs I lived there until I moved out. Oh if you pay your rent in advance keep track of your credit balance, when I went to renew my lease they said I only had $20 credit in which I had approx. $400 for some reason my money got moved around but it was taken care of before I left the office.
