ok place to live but manager needs abide by rules!!!

I lived at wildwood creek with my boyfriend for over a year. It is a nice place but manager doesn't abide by her own rules. Your not supposed to leave dog turds on the lawn but she does. I've seen her do it many times. If you make rules I suggest you don't break them yourself!!!!
