I lived here for 2 years. I moved in when they first opened so I got a brand new apartment which was a plus. The bad thing about the place is the plane noise. They tell you when you look at the place that it isn't bad, but it is...they take off from the airport every 5 minutes, was hard especially at night as they didn't stop flying until about 2 or 3 am. I did like the layout though of the apartment with all the windows and having the big balcony. So I guess if you can put up with the airplane noise, it is a good place to live if you can afford it. One suggestion that I can make to this complex is to put in covered parking for the regular apartments because of all the hail we get in the spring, would also help with the ice storms (when we have them).
