i lived at wildwood creek for a year and a half. the community has its good and bad points. the good= nice property,grounds well kept,maintainace requests handled promptly,great location,office staff easy to get along with. andrea,angela and beverly are super nice and friendly.(those were the only ones i delt with, mainly andrea). fairly quite with the exception of planes flying over the complex constantly, but hey..it is by the airport. the only cons i can think of is that their floorplans are a little outdated but still nice,the flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms had yellow discoloration on them when we moved in due to rugs being placed there,rent was a little high for what the apartment was,but most places are priced that way in grapevine. parking can be a issue on some areas of the property at times,but not as bad as most places ive lived.
all and all not a bad complex to live in. if i returned to grapevine i would live here again. i dont know if people are still having problems being overcharged upon move out. we made sure to document everything upon move in and get a copy from the office. the apartment was also cleaned upon move out.we ended up getting all of our deposit back from the complex minus our water bill. hope this helps.
