This apartment was okay to live in up until we had a maintance issue we needed help with. We told the ladies in the leasing office we had running water in our toliet. They had it fixed quickly. Our water bill that month was high but we assumed it was because of the running water. Even though it had been fixed out water bills continued to range from $60-$90. We asked numerous times for maintance to come and figure out what the problem was. The ladies kept telling me it would get fixed yet we continued to get the high water bills. They finally just told us they didn't know what the problem was. One of the managers finally did something so that our bill was finally back to normal- which was about $25. Big difference. After moving out we recieved a letter that showed we owed money for cleaning our apartment. Not only was our deposit gone but we had to pay $5 and $10 dollars here and there for dusting the baseboards and our AC vent. We were also charged for cleaning the carpets. I tend to be a very clean person and the only dirt in our carpet was from normal daily traffic. So after losing our deposit and owing money we called the office. We wanted to call it even since we were never reimbursed for water bills. We werent even asking for our deposit back. I understand paying for charges like bent blinds but for dust' Come on! We didnt know we had to have the place ready for the next person to rent. After talking to the manager she said they would not call it an even deal and we had to pay the money we owed. If we didnt it would be sent to a collection agency. So be careful! They do charge for every small detail when you move out. And if you need something taken care of... dont count on it. I would not recommend this place to live in mostly because of poor management.

WOW sounds like the same crap I experienced in 2005. My water bill ran around $80, which I was the only person in my 1 bedroom 1 bath apt. Upon moving out, I was charged for ridiculous things (water stain in the toilet, less than 5 droplets of cooking oil on the pantry shelf, etc). I consider myself as a very clean individual, the movers that moved me actually commented on how clean my apartment was and how clean my dryer vents were, yet I got a bill for $270 on top of them keeping my deposit.
