I spent a year at these apt and they were bad. The parking is a problem, I paid extra to have an assigned parking spot under a cheap cover but it was always taken by other residents and in the year it was there, there was never any resolve. Nor was there any offer of a discount for not getting my parking.
My window to my convertible was cut by theives and my interior items stolen. I received more than a couple of notices on my door about security threats, people getting their homes and autos broken into and even some violence.
Honestly, I think most of these glowing reviews must come from the staff. They just arent reality.

Wow, I've lived there for three years and now have a covered space that everyone respects. I've never heard of any incidents of theft from anyone in my building...at least half of us have been there for three years or more.
