Don't be fooled by the trees, the model apartment or the "friendly" on site managers who will convince you this is shangrala and tell you how much everyone on staff cares for the tenants. The maintenance is horrible: unreliable and sloppy. Roaches are everywhere. The staff does not care. There are plenty of places in Grapevine to rent....don't rent here. Don't be fooled.
