Although living at Woodlake for a short time (about 4 months), I can say the office is wonderfully helpful and whenever I've had a maintenance issue they've been "johnny on the spot" for me. I've not ONCE seen a roach, spider or any such insect inside my apartment, and have total faith that if I did, maintenance would tend to it immediately. I love living here - the residents make it so much like a home - they are warm and welcoming to newcomers - which is WONDERFUL! I chose to live here rather than the luxurious new apartments in the city because of the "wooded" area in the middle of the complex. Although the new management has made some changes that I do not find agreeable, the woods are still lovely and a wonderful place to walk and commune with nature. Its a good community for seniors to live in - very laid back and so very safe. I LOVE IT HERE! and consider it my forever home.
