I wish I had never left . . .

I moved to this complex right after graduating from college and I absolutely loved it. If I hadn't decided to move to California to further my career I would still be there to this day. I never had a problem. Maintenance was always there immediately to take care of anything and everything. The office staff was wonderful, and would help you out in any way, or just sit and talk. I have never met a nicer group of people. My apartment was very clean when I moved in. My neighbors were very polite and quiet. The average age of the community is elevated, which makes it quieter in general. It is a great place for quiet people, or couples who like their privacy. They have a wonderful pool and good bbq areas. I lived in the smallest apartment they had, and it came with a rediculously huge walk in closet in the bedroom, and two other closets, as well as a full kitchen, dining area, and back patio. I really did love that apartment and will gladly admit it. It's only a couple blocks from an Albertson's, a gas station, and several restaurants. Plus, its about 10 minutes to Grapevine Mills Mall, or Southlake Town Center if you prefer. It does have a ton of parking, and allows for guest parking without permits. But it also has assigned covered parking for $25 a month. I highly reccommend this place to everyone! g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
