I must say I was surprised the read the review below about the safety of Woodlake. I have lived at Woodlake for almost 12 years and I have never one time felt unsafe. Crime does occasionally hit our property from time to time. When situations do occur we are notified when we go in to the office or by letter. There are many residents who have lived here longer than I have and that makes for a great sense of community for an apartment complex. I've owned a home and lived in apartments and I must say that this place really does feel like home. Don't misunderstand, things aren't perfect. We've had some complaints from time to time. They've always been handled in an efficient amount of time. The pool area is beautiful, floor plans make it seems as though you don't live in an apartment and the office staff is great at planning community events. Over all, this is good choice for a place to live in Grapevine that is safe and affordable with the benefits of leaving so close to Southlake Town Square. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
