Worst apartments in Grapevine! The horrible attitude of the management actually looks good compared to the incompetence of the maintenance staff. Outrageously expensive for what you get. Not nearly enough light outside at night, and problems with car break-in and gas theft(my personal vehicle). 400-450 dollar electric bills(1 bedroom apt) due to poorly installed air-conditioning units and shotty maintained apartments. BAD place to live, take your business elsewhere. Better yet, buy a house, with the cost of electricity for these apartments a mortgage would be cheaper!

The electric is high because the insulation has not been touched since these places were built.
