I lived at Woodlake for approximately 14 years. It was THE place to be for about 6 years and then it started to go downhill. The management appeared to become complacent with their #1 rating. They seemed to lose interest in keeping residents happy and focused more on personal issues and familes. I moved to the Oaks (next door to Woodlake) last year and have heard from friends and seen for myself, that Woodlake's attitude has not improved.

This is a post by Lynn Marshall and disgruntled ex employee, and lrm8181 is a common handle she uses for emails and such. I would take this with a grain of salt. She didn't leave on the best terms. This needs to be removed.

These comments are so untrue. You can stop just about any person who lives here in the complex and ask them and they will have just the opposite opinion of the person who lived here 14 years! Sounds like sour grapes!!!

I am Lynn Marshall. I loved Woodlake. I am not disgruntled about being fired. I am upset about the decline of Woodlake from what it was to what it is now. My firing was over a year ago. I've moved on. You should too.

In this case, considering I am a resident here, I have read nothing that Lynn posted that isn't true. Every word she has posted is the truth. The only improvements to these apartments have been some cheap ceiling fans in the mail room. They were put up without even repainting the ceiling after the old light fixtures were taken down. I just love the way it looks now with the multicolored ceiling and holes. Also, the only other improvement has been a few new plants around the office. Take a look at the gym. The number of broken machines out number the ones that work.
