Nice place to live

My husband and I lived at Woodlake right after we got married. We loved living in this nature-inspired complex. When we left in December 2000 we were sorry to go. The staff (at the time it was Cheryl and Joanne) were awesome. They were very nice and always helpful and competent. The rent was reasonable for the area and the maintenance guys were really nice. There are tennis courts and nice grass areas for walks. A really cozy place to live. There were some insect problems (but this is expected in such a wooded area). We also had a racoon living in our attic but they were great about setting a trap and getting him out of there. We also had squirrels overhead on our roof sometimes (but again, expected due to the wooded area....they were pretty cute to watch outside our beautiful windows). We had five windows in our studio apartment and the trees were beautiful outside. The security folks are great. My husband locked us out on a few occasions and they were very helpful (even in the middle of the night).
