cheap price,safe,family oriented - It isn't that pretty outside but it looks good on the inside. Nice new carpets, flooring and paint. The appliances are okay, some need to be replaced. It is gated and mostly families. Office staff are nice and work with you if you have hard times. They take pets which is good and seem to have holiday contests for the best decorated balconies.
