There is a bit of a bug problem. They have roaches in their apartments, which is kind of gross if you do not like bugs. They crawl on everything. They crawl on your food, dishes, clothes, bathroom, kitchen, and even you. BUT, other than that, the place is pretty nice. It is older than most, but the rent is cheap and the place is ok. Just the bugs. But the manager and maintenance will work with you, you just have to tell them what the problem is.
Although the roach situation has yet to be resolved.
