Cheap but Dangerous

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
I lived in this apartment for one year. Rent was easy, because I was able to pay weekly, or monthly. But I didn't feel safe at all. Place needs a makeover, as well as an improvement in security. But if you are stranded with no place to go they will let anyone in as long as you have the cash.
