Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
It has a nice yard, the pool is nice and clean and feels friendly all the time. Apartments are small but are clean, they put in new tile floors in the kitchen and bathroom and fresh paint everywhere, not bad for an old building. Rent is reasonable and people are nice.
