2-Story = Very Hot Upstairs

These comments only apply to the 2-story townhome:
During the summer months, no matter how cold it was downstairs, it was very hot upstairs. This made my electricity bills quite high.
The layout is not well-designed either. There?s no designated place for a dining table- it is basically part of the living room. It?s very hard to arrange furniture there.
I don?t recommend the two-story, but you might try the 1-story. They aren?t very pet-friendly though; $500 pet deposit, only $250 is refundable. Moreover, you are designated only 2 parking spots, and there are no non-assigned parking spots for when you have visitors. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
