	It is noisy, cars constantly being broke into. Pool that has stagnant water in the bottom of it. Horrible maintenance.

	The worst place to live outside of Bagdad. Rottn wood, flooding, over flowing plumbing, roaches, mold you name it this place has it. The swiming pool is unusable as it is about 3 feet above ground now. The parking lot ... more

	6 years with a major roof leak, disposal always messing up, plumbing unsatisfactory, termites, replace a/c unit every summer with an extrememly out of date unit from an empty apartment

	i live here now and the rent is so cheap for a two bed room and 1-1/2 bath. i love it.
