nice place, rooms are big

My grandmother lived here for several years. her apartment was a nice size 2 bdrm 1 1/2 bth. These apartments are an older and established place, very quiet, clean and the grounds are kept nice looking.
The units are 1 bdrm/1 bth to 2 bdrm 1 1/2 bth and the rent at that time was $595 a month. There is a laundry facility on site and each tenant has an asigned parking spot.
This is an excellent place to live for those who have retired.
