Sayle Garden

I enjoyed my stay with Sayle Gardens.. I found the management to be very good and very friendly, the maintenance was fine.. The apartments had some water line problems because of the very dry summer in 2006 but they were generally very quick to fix things, or at least try.. sometimes, at least with the water line issues, I think they should have called a professional plumber more quickly, but I understand that it's very expensive to do so.

My one problem with the complex is that many of the outdoor fixtures had burnt out bulbs so the parking lot had many dark areas at night. There were plenty of parking spaces, but some of the trees had many birds living in them, so you didn't want to park under those.

Utility bills were a bit high but most apartments using all electric aren't very efficient.. it was still the best apartment of the 4 that I've lived in.

The only noise I had th deal with was 1 time, a bunch of teenagers out in the parking lot at about 2 in the morning on a weeknight... and there were some little feet that liked to tapdance on the wall once in a while, but that's understandable :)
