I lived at Sayle Gardens for a year and a half and left only because we finally bought a house. During my pleasant experience here, the pool was always clean, the grounds were well-kept and quiet, and the manager (Jan) was exceptional. Packages were often delivered straight to my door by management. What a delightful complex! The great rent prices are just another bonus.
A couple of minor maintenance issues were given temporary fixes, but maintenance always responded within hours or even minutes. When our water heater went out, they came that day (on a Sunday) and took care of the problem. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
