I lived at Sayle Gardens for 6 months, I never had very many problems with the exception of our neighbors poodle always barking, but I am from the country originally and had no problem adjesting to that, the maintenance was ok, it would take a while to get something fixed but eventually it would get done. If the situation was an emergency then it was done right away. We were never late on our rent and we never had late night fiestas or anything that would classify a resident as a pain or a nuisance, however my biggest problem with this apartment complex is its manager Jan, she is one of the nicest people ever (when you first move in). But she has this image in her head of what she wants living at her apartments and if you don't meet that mold then she will find a way to get you out of there. If you aren't 45 or older or a couple that has no life and never does anything but go to school and or work, then I would not suggest living here, she will give you a hard time. The apartments themselves are nice as long as they have been updated, when I moved in my apt wasn't updated and it was nice but everything in it was very old. All in all these apt are nice and I would recommend them however I am a very nice person and very easy to work with and Jan just gave us too hard of a time, so unless you like an old lady all up in your business then I wouldn't suggest them at all.
