Horrible place to live!

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
I have only lived at Spanish Trace for 8 months or so. The place wasn't that bad when I moved in, but it's gone down hill really fast. There is a new manager every 2 months or so now. If anything breaks in your apartment, they won't fix it. The laundrymat washer/dryers are always broken. There are loud parties. I heard gun shots last week and the police are out here every few days. Do yourself a favor and stay away!
