I have lived at Spanish Trace for almost a year now and wow its the worst!!!! When I had packed my car full of things to move on a rainy day in June ready to get settled what happens the management forgets to leave the key keep in mind we've already begun to pay rent and they were too lazy to go get me a key! they opened it for me "oh just leave it unlocked it should be fine" after living here several months jeeze I'm glad I didn't leave my stuff looks like a bunch of crack heads live here... I work at a local clothing store and we sold one shirt in my size i bought it and not but two weeks later i notice it missing from doing laundry here next thing i see a lady wearing my exact shirt! our window was busted out for 5months we called them every month and wrote it on our checks finally they fix it!!! now there are just roaches runnin everywhere making kids!!!! EVERYWHERE!!! oh and then this past weekend we pay our rent and the fallowing day i get a call saying oh the checks and money were stolen out of the office last night ha wouldnt doubt it seeing the kind of people living around here!!! "can you write another check" "do i need to cancel the other'" "no dont worry we already endorsed it" ha are you kiddin me endorsed, anyone can say there spanish trace now that youve endorsed it iddiots and now my information is out there thanks spanish trace!!!! yall are the worst!!! the only reason i am stuck here is because they are the cheapest!!!! by the way the parking spaces are backwards you have to go to the end of the parking lot turn around waste gas and then park!!!
