I have lived here for about a year and i hate it. Lets start small...
Foundation problems have worsen since we first moved in. Roaches are a problem..the apartments were only sprayed once and it didn't do any good. Neighbors are loud and the kids roam the parking lots making noise at 12:30 and 1 o'clock in the morning. Some of the neighbors like to hang out in their cars at night honking and causing disturbances. The AC is out most of the time and the upstairs apartments can get up into the high 80's. Once it was 89 degrees. Maintenance is slow if they ever make it out to you and their appliances are way out of date! Yes they are all bills paid but if you want cool air and hot water, i think you are better off paying for it yourself because they control them by turning them off. Trust me if you care more than how much you pay for rent, do not move here!!!!
