i lived in los incas apt which are owned and managed by the same people as stonebridge

overall i loved it
quiet, well kept, neighbors tend to be a little too nosy however

i loved my apt until it burned down due to the fact the woman living below me was incapable of caring for herself and left a pot on the stove

she had burned something two weeks in a row prior to the date of the fire and according to long time natives it had been happening for many years

i came home the day of the fire to find my street blocked off and smoke billowing out of my building when i got in front of my building the whole front of my apt was nothing but flames thankfully the wonderful greenville dept. put the fire out in my apt quickly most of my damage was smoke and water with only about 20% flame damage
after the fire i went to the management who is even older than the woman who set the fire. she cried and appologized over and over because she had made the decision to evict the woman below me and just hadn't gotten around to it
maybe if she had gotten around to it the woman who set the fire might still be alive,(she died in the fire) and all the other 9 familes they were put out of a home would be leading happier lives today
maintenence is a joke, also
