Lived here one year, they're taking out all the carpets and do not how to install linoleum. Ants, roaches, and plumbing problems. Pool hasn't been cleaned in months, they don't know how. You to call the heath department to get anything fixed.

I agree completely. The pool hasn't been cleaned at all. I think the manager is mean and rude, and I believe these apartments can be nicer if the manager tried harder. When I first moved in the lease said that the apartments would pay for the water and sewage and now, we're having to pay $20 dollars for sewage and water. To me that is very weird I wish the owner would come and check this women out she isn't a good manager.

First of all, I live here at the apartment complex and I am very pleased about the way it is being ran. It sounds to me that you personally have a problem with ------ because the manager is black. If you are not pleased then move. I can't understand why people would complain about the way something is ran but yet and still they remain a part of something they totally despise. Shut up please! As far as every tenant paying $20.00 for water, I think it is a great idea. You use the water everyday when you brush your teeth, flush the toilet, take a hot shower or bath, cook, etc.. but yet and still you don't want to pay. If you went somewhere else you would pay that and probably more so enjoy the ride until your lease is up and shut up because your whinning won't change how things are because the previous owners did nothing to improve this apartment complex but this owner is trying. Give him credit for that and respect who he has placed in charge of his company.

no the maintenance guy is the managers husband , he is lazy if they even come around to do the work , the manager is a compulsive liar and jerks people around, the pool has been drained and left with dirty rain water and leaves for about 14 months now , if your dishwasher breaks down it will never get replaced or fixed, yes ants are everywhere, they havent sprayed for bugs in almost 2 years, only thing here is pleasant neibors other apartment have filthy neibors and your car will get boke into town east village sux but its a quite place and safe
