I have lived here for 1 year and is very pleased how the apartment is being operated. I constantly here tenants who has been here for several years complain how the previous owners did nothing and caused the apartment's name to go down. I don't have that problem because when I call the office and report a minor issue, the maintenance guys come right to it. People must understand that these are old apartments and things will start to break down and need assistance but not to the point of saying that they are not liveable. If you keep trash in and outside your apartment then you will have roaches and unwanted critters. Clean up behind yourselves and that will avoid other headaches. Don't be nasty and then complain how critters are creeping into your home. Sometimes when I am leaving to go to work there are tenants who have trash bags on the outside of their apartment and they wonder why ants and roaches are making theirselves comfortable inide their homes. Keep them out by keeping your home CLEAN! I don't know why people complain so much but I am happy and content about the way things are handled. The staff here is great and so kind to everyone. I would definitely reccommend everyone to come and be a part of a complex, who tries so hard to lift the name they once had, back to where it was before. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC

The problem is with the bugs alright the management bugs. They couldn't put in a light bulb if all 3 of them tried. They leave early and if there is an emergency oh well, your out of luck. My kids did not have a Fire Alarm, nor smoke dector. The filters might get changed for Christmas. This is one of the worst managed apts. I have seen in my 53 years!

It sounds like maybe the owner or apt. manager wrote this, as nothing is stated about how they like the place, but why all the tenants are wrong... and I don't even live there.
