Bottom line! Noisy, expensive, losing its value. If you like to hear your neighbors flatulate, argue, and copulate, then this is the place for you. Oh, one thing I forgot to mention; if you got a complaint, nothing much will be done about it. Oh, the so called security gate' Well > 90% of the time it's broken and any fool can scope out the complex. Oh yea, another thing. The insulation sucks in the place. Hey, if you want to pay an arm and a leg for rent, you will. So lets party neighbors!
