The builders obviously haven't heard of a helpful tool, its called a level. The noise level between apartments is really bad. I have lived on the first and second floor and it sounds like the people above have lead feet.

The bug problem is disgusting on the first floor, more than any ohter complex I have lived in. Fire alarms randomly go off in the middle of the night jsut long enough to give you a heart attack.

The office people (all but one) seem genuinely pissed off when you come in and talk to them. They never answer the phone and when they do they dont let you talk, they just say they will have it looked at and hang up.

I went in with a scorpion and 3 worm things in a container that I caught over night (this was on a Saturday morning) and they didnt even look at them, they just said Pest control comes on Tuesday. I was moving in at the time and told them I would NOT continue moving until they fixed it. Worms were coming out of the carpets for crying out loud!
