I've never seen such a problem with people not having their dogs on a leash. I've been attacked by dogs like 6 times. One time a dog even ran inside my car. That is just ridiculous. They need to enforce that leashes are made for a reason. I'm ready for my lease to expire so I can leave. The staff gets rather annoyed if you tell them anything. They're no help. I recommend not getting an apartment on the 1st or 2nd floor because the noise is too much to bear. I just don't recommend one living here period.
