Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
I moved in at the end of June 2004. When I picked up the keys and signed the lease, you would think my apartment would be ready' No, it wasn't!! The carpet was still wet, still had stains!! Just way gross. It was coming up where the carpet meets the tile. After complaining enough, I did get new carpet and it is still coming up in areas. The paint on the walls was still wet, the kitchen sink wasn't working right, the dishwasher did and still doesn't work right, ice maker was leaking...and there are roaches!!! Yes ROACHES!!! I am one of cleanest neat freaks out there...I have been called MONICA from time to time. And yes, I have roaches!!! I don't know why..but I have them. Not to mention when I did move in this place was dirty!!! I don't see how this was ready for move in. If I were an apartment manager I would not let someone move into a place that looked like this. I took pics with a digital camera..just incase.
I don't know if I would recommend this place to someone else. But I would have to say for the money you don't get what you pay for. It isn't worth it. But other then the problems I have mentioned it isn't that bad. Yes, the upstairs people are loud..but it is an apartment, yes it is hard to find some where to park time to time..but it is an apartment. So if you can handle bugs, parking and alittle noise then you should be alright.
The office staff seem to be okay with us. I haven't had a problem. I might be one of the lucky ones. If you want to move here, then fine..if not I am sure there is something nicer for less.
