Don't make the same mistake as we did! Don't be fooled by the outside, and the 2 free months rent (why else would a complex continually offer this special if they could keep residents'). The owners, management, and most staff are unresponseful to your issues and requests. Management will not enforce complex rules for certain residents. "Everytime" you call the office, you get the answering machine. Get "everything" in writing! (See "Curious" review). The security gate is "always" broken. Maintenance is slow. I had to wait over a month to get my leaking storage room repaired. Numerous car burglaries and vandalism. We had two cars broken into right outside our window in broad daylight. Management said it was a problem in the area. I asked a few other complexes, and they had no car break-ins. Mail boxes broken into. The noise is horrific, sounds like your neighbor is coming through the ceiling. Cannot allow our daughter to play in the common areas because of the dog droppings.
Do your research, and ask around before moving here. There are much better to be found in the area. Check out other complexes on this website (I only wish I knew about this before I moved here, I would have rather slept on a park bench downtown than here). mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
