No respect for these apartments...there is not maitnance, the manager staff is no good..what else is there to say'' nothing if you are looking to live here I would strongly suggest to live somewhere else!!!
We have been living here for 6 months and there has been nothing fixed, nothing even attempted to be fixed and not to mention that the maitnance man seems to be on something that makes him a little "skiddish" and he is really scummy looking!! I would not trust him in my apartment without anyone there, and I dont even like him there with us there!! And about the work orders, we have had one in for everything from day one...and nothing has been fixed....DONT LIVE HERE

Who ever wrote that they are wrong may be they are the only ones. The staff is very nice and respectfull. Everything that they say it's not true. There are just people that are hatetress and selfish who ever wrote that. Just because they don't like the maintenace man they don't have to make such comment.Everyday the maintenance works hard and is updated in his work orders. Every time we put a work order is done. The mainteance is truestful I don't know what they are talking about.It that person doesn't like it here then they could move out and let another person move in their that is confortable. If they didn't like it they would off moved out already. What are they wanting for. Who ever you are move out. How come you haven't done it because the rents are affortable here that's why. They are not going to find anything else better than here. I do recommend you to live here. I been living here a long time and we like it a lot. They DO have respect for these apartments and the manager is doing the best she can to deal with people like you.
