When I came to lease Joy was very nice and helpfull she told me it was a safe place and she loves living there she told me she has lived here for about 4 years I found out two of the maintenace guys live here not Joy after I leased she no longer was very nice and helpfull after getting my money that was all she cared about I tried to cancel the next day and she said I would not be getting any of my money back although I was not approved yet so a few days later I moved in when I signed my lease she explained nothing to me I tried to read through it and she said she did not have time just sign here my car was towed because she did not tell me to not park under coverd areas the rest of the office staff is very helpful and caring the maintenance is great I did have some problems I just avoid Joy she is a very unpleasant person with a bad attitude she has even lost my rent check and accused me of not paying it was ready to evict me until I showed proof that I had paid if it was not for the rest of the office staff and maintenance I would be breaking my lease I you lease read everything you sign including the application

I find this letter very sad. Joy has always cared very much for the residents. She has always been the last one to leave each day. I truly believe that this letter is meant to hurt her for giving someone a notice to vacate for not paying their rent. The only time the office kept anyone's deposit is when they have fausified their application. Towing policies are gone over at time of move-in and the resident is required to sign the towing policies. This is something every resident knows. Come meet Joy. You will see she geniunly cares about the residents.
