I have lived here about 2 years with no complaints until now. The maintenance men are slow. I called about two weeks ago because my shower needed to be fixed and they still have not responded. My wife has called 3 times, and they act like it's the first time we called. They keep taking down my phone number as if they are going to call, but they never do. The last time I called; I point blank told her I needed the shower fixed right away. And she told me I needed to be there to let the maintenance men inside. Why''' Don't they have a key' I told her they can come in whenever they want because my wife and I are hardly there in the day. My question is why didn't they call me and tell me they could not come in. Why have we called 4 times in the last 2 weeks with no work done. She said they have been backed up with a lot of move outs. My question - Are not the current residents more important than fixing apartments that people have already moved out of' Whatever the case may be; they are just getting a little slow to me.

i feel you on that one. my problem here at desert sands was my cook stove and it almost caught on fire and they were slow and then even though it is a fire hazard they still wouldnt replace the 80s looking stove.
