I have always had a problem getting my things fixed. My air went out during the summer and it took them a week to fix and that's only because i said if it wasn't done the next day i was calling the housing commission. then recently my stove has been fixed five times but they won't replace. so now they have not come to fix it for almost two weeks and that's with me redoing an order.
