Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
I lived there over a year, it was so noisey, I had complained over 3 times for just one month about the neighbors. I called the police first but they would say management has more authority over them. The noise never stopped. Its really a horrible place to live. Also they charged me $575.00 to replace the carpet because of some stains. That is way too much for stains on carpets. Before signing you better think twice about it.
