The people who wrote the good reviews are obviously office staff, I was pregnant the whole time we lived there, we had bad ants, the apartment we got was not like the one we looked at and there are always major parties in the paarking lot right by the apartments in my case 2 feet from my bedroom window, it wasnt just weekends either, wednesday at 4 in the morning some guys had there radio up so loud dancing around their car in the middle off the parking lot,beer bottles everywhere, cops WERE always there they sit right outside the place, it was constant noise, it was bad about car break ins, they would even send out a notice to all residents to watch their stuff, an apartment was burlarised in the middle of the day when we lived there, and sometimes our water wouldnt work because they would be working on something and not tell anyone,we also did not get our deposit back and we left the apartment early, still paid the rent and it was cleaned,water was about 11-15 a month, we werent there for the last two of our lease and still paid all they said we owed and we didnt get our deposit back, the new managers, sent us a bill saying they used our 100 dollars for two water bills for 68 dollars, we weren't even there and when we were they were never that high! the other management was a lot better, only thing i liked was they looked alright during the day when you couldnt see the beer bottles and the maintenace man was awesome, very nice and friendly all 3 times he had to replace our fridge. Its o.k. if your single, like to party, dont have kids, and dont like your car, cuz it wont be around much longer,and have some vicodin so you can sleep through the parties and street racers. By the way i'm not some angry old lady i'm only 20 and i wouldnt even live there if you made me again, unless this is all you can afford, i wouldnt recommend it, but i still think you could get more for the money somewhere else!
