- VERY slow response to maintenance requests.
- Pools were closed for a few days after an inspection...hmmmmm...wonder why.
- Office personnel are condescending and impolite.
- Beware! They look nice during the day, but before you make your decision, go by on a Friday or Saturday night. Even a Saturday or Sunday afternoon will give you a better idea of who the renters are and what they do when they're home. It gets pretty intense sometimes and can be scary for a lone female or a single mom with a small child.
- Also, some of the kids told me that a bunch of them know where vacant apartments are left unsecured and they all congregate there, from 4 to 14 years old! A creep could use that space to hurt someone...or worse!
- I don't know if it's an insulation problem or just typical, but it cost a fortune to even keep the apartment at an uncomfortable 80 degrees. With the thermostat set at 72, and the A/C running constantly, the temperature in the apt. was about 83 degrees! Complaints to mgmt brought no relief.
- Some of the apts back up to Hwy 377, Denton Hwy, a VERY busy road of Loop 820. Forget enjoying your patio or balcony, unless you like the roar of traffic. It would be much better and feel safer if there were a fence around the complex, protecting those front buildings, allowing a degree of privacy, and discouraging people from just wandering in.
- Also, many other complexes do not charge you for water.

You can do better for the money.
