Watch out ! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/23/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   We're moving pretty soon...WHY' because of ants, noise, Dogs (poop) they told us no pets allowed but then poops all around even in front of our aparment and the smell really stinks, no car washing...(we actually see one and we even told the management about it but no action was taken...we are concern bcoz we pay the waterbill combined per building), no screen on the window or patio (try to look around the apartments and see for yourselves), party noise, no Fire extinguisher in our unit eventhough we list this things in the paper during move-in, and the worst thing is the water....when you are using it esp in the shower it gets cold and gets hot even you already have it in lukewarm so sometimes you might get burned or just jump with the cold water that just suddenly change itself. And one more worst thing...i agree that this is not a recommendable place when we're still on the process of negotiating they show us a good apartment but then when we are about to move they told us thay they change our apartment unit and were not moving in the original apartment that they showed us which we agreed on in the first plave. One thing for sure they lied so much that theyre just making the place worser and people like us that say "NO" to this apartment is really telling the truth. There's no place like home if you have the chance to see,check, and agree that this is the place you wanted..right' Anyway, may the management realize that theyre not making any differences to this place...try to be polite, truthful, and friendly before and after so we do the same way with you.
