I don't even know where to begin to tell you how terribly AWFUL this place is. I guess the tone should be set with management. They have nothing together, they blame you for their mistakes and are completely unwilling to help or sort any details out. Alliance in general is not very good, but this apartment is the worst.

First I had a terrible leak in my bathtub, it would constantly run steaming hot water, so bad that it turned my room into a sauna. I reported it three times and once was written on a post it and the other I physically wrote it down myself. No one ever came. About a month in a half later, after all of my things in my bathroom and the fixtures have started to rust, I told them that not only does it leak, but when I run bath water, it only stays warm for a few seconds. When they went in to investigate, they found that it was a major issue and asked why I didn'nt report it sooner!!!! I was livid. I also found that it caused over a 500 electric bill because it was constantly running hot water. I went by WEEKLY to check this!!! Finally I was fortunate enough to get the heck out of there and when I moved was charged in over 300.00 for the rust!!!!!!!!!!!!! I argued and complained but it was soooo bad dealing with these completely incompetent people that it was worth just paying the fine to never deal with them again. Oh and not only that, they would put violations on our door for the people downstairs. Whatever you do, don't move in. You will pay dearly in your sanity and in money.

you say in your review that your apt was a sauna . then you say that the water would only stay warm for a few seconds. how can it be that it was steamy and then not hot ????????????

it would drip steaming hot and then when you went to use it full out it would run out of hot water and only run cold.
