I've lived here for the past year and have not had one complaint. I've seen not one bug, mouse or other pest. The people around me are quiet and friendly. I'm speaking for my area, of course, and other areas of the complex could be different.
Any problems or questions I've had the staff was more than happy to attend to and help me with. The landscaping is well maintained weekly. I would and have recommended. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S

That's good that you currently don't have any problems. I guess Julie and her staff might be on proper medication now (ie. Prozac). I really never liked the staff since it took them forever to fix things. Either they have proper medications now, went to counseling, or was taught how to be nice and efficient. I wonder if that is the case. Either way, I am glad things are going great. Hey, if things ever get bad, remember there is warren inn next door...but wait, I wouldn't recommend that either. Your next door neighbor may be a sex offender.
Another problem I had with Fairway is the fact there is not enough lighting. I lived there for one year but my car was stolen and broken into. The management had no empathy. Yes, they send out a flyer A MONTH later after my car was stolen and over 25 cars were broken into. And, it happened in December. So beware and lookout for your car. Management does not care. That's why I just left the place. They did not fix any repairs in my apartment, nor have security, or not enough lighting for car parking. It bothered me about management because it was like dealing with Jeckyl and Hide. Seriously. Nice one minute, ugly the next. To be quite accurate, I feel that the management have Bipolar disorder. I'm not trying to be funny but I'm trying to be quite truthful. That's why I said earlier about medication. Julie and her staff need it if they are not taking them now. Julie, it is called SRI's or simply put...medication for those who have mental disorders.
I really hope that the residents who are not having problems now, never will. I do mean that wholeheartedly. Once you see something or someone not doing there job efficiently and effectively, please think about how many months you have left on your lease. HOnestly, I never felt safe there nor did any one care.
I'm no longer a resident but I thank God everyday that I'm not. However, I really do pray every night for those current residents who live there now. You never know what to expect. Remember, expect the unexpected. Have a blessed day and I wish you luck.

If you ignore all the weird crap about mental medication, he's telling the truth though. Especially about the car breakins.
