My boyfriend and I moved into this apartment in May of 2007. This was our first place together and were very excited. It was cute and good enough to start out in. The day that we moved in was exhausting. We went to bed and woke up the next morning to find our kitchen infested with roaches, which was absolutely terrible. We had also found that our truck had been towed because the sticker was not in the window. Paula in the office had not told us about the parking situation.

We told the office about the roach problem 4 times and it was never taken care of. We had to pay someone to come exterminate our apartment. We then had a bad leak that came through the light fixture in the kitchen that was never taken care of.

After all of this we renewed our lease for a another year due to the rent not changing. Things only got worse. Our dishwasher broke and it took them 2 months to replace it. Our toilet broke and it took almost a week to fix. We always had them turning the water on and off due to "construction". Then due to a really bad storm one night we had a tree split and fall in front of our doorway blocking us in. They didn't get that taken care of till the next afternoon, with people having to work!!

The staff was never friendly and always acted pissed if we had something go wrong. We never got treated properly even when we turned our keys in.

Needless to say we did not renew again. We moved to The Horizons at Fossil Creek and we love it. We have a great staff and feel like we are part of there family.

Too true...I had water leak spots in my ceiling, there were dead roaches in the kitchen cabinets *when I moved in*, water was constantly being shut off, only to come back on full of grey and black particles...

I don't think it's true about Paola she told me about the sticker and the people in the office are always nice to me.

So very true, they are quick to take your rent, but slow at fixing things. If you try to call the office, you will have to let the phone ring some 30 times to get an answer. I guess some people that haven't lived in better places might consider this an ok place. All in all, I would NOT recommend to any one to move here for any reason.
