I've lived here for the past year, and have had numerous problems with parking. Most of it is reserved, but is first come - first serve. If you come home too late at night you will be parking and walking a long way to your apartment. There have been two robberies in the complex since I've lived here. It is an unsafe complex. And if you can get in touch with the office (good luck!) and can get a maintenance person to come to your apartment, they may believe you have a problem or not. I've had heater trouble on four occasions, all of which were 30 degree days. Overall I would rate the manager as a -10 for her cold, nasty, attitude.

Are you sure you were talking to the Manager? I have lived here for 2.5 years and love the warm friendly service from the office team. Julie always takes care of my needs and I have never experienced any negative attitude from her.

Dear Anonymous, Yes I am quite sure that I was talking to Julie. Personally, I wouldn't advise a dead dog to live in that complex. They had my fiancee's car towed the week of Christmas, and it cost $300 to get it out. When I explained I was trying to add him to the lease, he came in late at night to be able to go to work the next morning, and all the visitor parking was full, she didn't care. When I asked her what he was supposed to do, she said "I don't know what to tell you". The entire office staff is hateful, maybe it's a stressful place to work, I don't know. But I paid my rent every month, on time. You would think they would want to take care of their tenants who paid on time, didn't make noise, didn't have any problems...but NO. I moved, and I'm much happier now.
