Staff has always been very helpful...anytime I have asked for something to be taken care of it gets done in a timely manner...the only complaint I have is their choice of cable provider, I haven't had good luck with them at all...it is a shame to have only 1 provider to choose from...It causes the cable providers not to care, because we can go to no one else....
